Call Recording Appliance is a passive, low impedance tap to a PRI (T1/E1) line that is capable of capturing of all the calls Inbound/outbound and forwarding those to a centralized Call Recording Storage Server for archiving.

Call Recording Appliance is completely passive and does not affect operation of PRI lines.
It can loose power or be turned off without any impact on PRI line.
Appliance has two PRI jacks that are hardwired internally and stay connected even if appliance has no power.

Call Recording Appliance can be managed via Windows based management software over IP/Fast Ethernet or COM port.

Recording Appliance sends UDP packets with the call data to Call Recording Storage Server where UDP packets get converted to WAV files. Call Recording Server is a Standard Windows server (2003/2008) of your choice that runs specialized software that converts UDP packets to a WAV files.

Call Recording Server stores your calls as WAV files as long as you wish and those can be played by any standard WAV player at any time.

WAV files do not use any compression and are acceptable as a legal evidence at any court if needed.
